VIEWING AND ORDERING PHOTOS
HOW TO ORDER PHOTOS:
(You cannot order poses marked “Special Edit” as pre-paid photos.)
- We will email you your gallery link. Click the link and select “Open.”
- Select a pose that you would like to add to your package. Then, click the shopping bag on the image.
- Enter your email address.
- Select your package.
- Click add to cart.
- Click the + button.
- Select “Add More Images” at the bottom.
- Repeat until your package is complete.
- Select “View Cart.”
- Select “Checkout.”
- Enter Billing Information.
- Enter your payment information if you added additional images to your Pre-Paid Package. You do not need to enter payment information if your total reads $0.00. Then click “Submit Order.”
- Please print or write down (below) the information on your Order Confirmation for reference. A receipt will also be emailed to you. Congratulations, you’re done!
- If you would like to make an additional order, you would select from the “Prints” or “Store” tab. Any additional orders placed under the “Packages” tab will be canceled.
- You have 60 days to order your Pre-Paid Package; however, photos are archived for one year.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

HOW TO RE-POST AN EXPIRED GALLERY:
- Galleries are posted complimentary for 60 days. If your gallery has expired, you may have them re-posted for 30 days. There is a $20.00 refundable fee that will be applied to your next Reprint order.
- You can have your gallery re-posted by visiting the store. Please add the groom's last name and the wedding date in the Special Instruction Box at the payment section of your order.
- It takes about a week to have the gallery re-posted. You will receive an email once your gallery is available for viewing.
